1. Only people who have explicitly and freely opted in receive our newsletter, we never used pre-checked sign-in boxes and our standard sign-up is via double opt-in.
2. For most of you we only hold your email address as well as the IP address through which you signed up for the newsletter; for some of you we also hold your first and/or last name and a telephone number. We have no personal information on you beyond that.
3. Your data is safely stored and has never, nor will it ever, be shared with any third parties. The data is held on the servers of Send In Blue who we use as our marketing platform.
4. Your data will only be used for the original purpose of receiving our newsletter and info-shots and won’t be used for anything else.
5. All our newsletters have always included and will continue to include, an unsubscribe button through which you can opt-out at any point. You can also email us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.

2.2 We may collect information that you provide to us to subscribe to our website services, email notifications, newsletters and/or marketing information.
2.3 We may collect information that you provide to us by filling in other forms on the Site, including information provided at the time of subscribing to a particular service, posting material ( see comments below) or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Site.

9.1 You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you and to require you to provide us with appropriate identification.
9.2 You may request us to stop sending you any marketing information at any time by notifying us in writing. You may request us to cease processing your data at any time but if you withdraw your consent to certain types of processing described above we may be unable to maintain your membership of the Site.

10. Updating Information
Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated at any time.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

16. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
