Survivor Resources
Survivor resources are an ever-growing number of resources. Many are small but mighty groups that are survivor-led (like us) and making a change. Below, we have listed some, and we are always open to adding to that list, so don’t hesitate to contact us with your group or suggestions. Our survivor resources include help for those concerned about their thoughts and behaviour.
